NISSAN ADVANCED AIRBAG SYSTEM (6 SRS Airbags)
The Terra features dual-stage driver and front passenger supplemental airbags, side-impact supplemental airbags, and curtain side-impact supplemental airbags. That’s a total of six airbags that will automatically activate upon impact to protect you.
SHIFT-ON-THE-FLY 4-WHEEL DRIVE & 4LO
As long as your are under the speed of 100 km/h, you can choose between 2H and 4H to go from maximum fuel efficiency on the high to serious off-road capabilities on command. When needed, twist the dial to 4LO (low range) and count on the Terra to get you out of a touch & rugged situation.
BRAKE LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL
The system delivers braking pressure to the slipping wheels allowing you to drive off with confidence even in a slippery situation.
ELECTRONIC BRAKE FORCE DISTRIBUTION (EBD)
The Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) system helps bring balance in distributing brake oil between front and rear wheels. It reduces fishtail in emergency brake and enhance confident control at all situation.
ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM (ABS)
The Terra’s features front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. The ABS , prevents wheels from locking up, allowing you to still maneuver to avoid obstructions.
VEHICLE DYNAMIC CONTROL (VDC)
At an abrupt turn, VDC maintains your vehicle’s stability and peace of mind.
HILL START ASSIST & HILL DESCENT CONTROL
When your travels take you on steeper paths, hill start assist prevents you from rolling back when starting and driving away on an incline. Meanwhile, hill descent control helps make going down steep slopes more manageable by automatically adjusting your speed and brake pressure.
