Regular maintenance following Nissan factory recommended maintenance schedule at Nissan Service Centres (NSC) is vital to your vehicle’s performance as well as to protect its warranty. This will avoid serious problems or costly repairs, saving your money in the long run.
Our NSC are equipped with the latest computerized Consult-III Plus Diagnostic Equipment, with complete sets of special tools as well as advanced equipment to handle the demanding needs of your Nissan vehicles.

NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY
From the delivery date, your new Nissan vehicle comes with a factory warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first), against defects in materials and workmanship.
Please refer to your Warranty information & Maintenance Booklet accompanying your new vehicle for a better understanding of the warranty coverage.
Warranty is only valid when:
- The vehicle is serviced at recommended intervals as prescribed in the Owner’s Maintenance Booklet;
- Service is carried out at Nissan Service Centre, or at its authorized workshops.
- Use of non-genuine parts, wrong lubricant ratings or improper maintenance schedule;
- External modifications to the vehicle’s electrical system/wiring and components;
- Us of vehicle for the purpose of racing, drifting, rallies or any other motorsport activities;
- Alteration to the vehicle’s factory specifications or installation of equipment or accessories which are not authorized by Nissan;
- Use of vehicle on roads for which the vehicle is not designed for;
- Windshield/glass damage not due to manufacturing or installation defects;
- Use of vehicle to carry loads above the permitted axle loads it was designed for.
WHAT ARE NOT COVERED?
WEAR AND TEAR ITEMS – SPARK PLUGS, TIRES, BULBS, WIPER BLADES, FUSES, BRAKE PADS OR SHOES AND LINING, CLUTCH, ETC;
CONSUMABLES – MOTOR OIL, FLUIDS, FILTERS, COOLANT, WHEEL ALIGNMENT, BALANCING AND TIRE ROTATION.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE WARRANTY
Original equipment 12V battery
The coverage period is 36 months or 100, 000 km (60, 000 miles), whichever comes first, on a pro rata basis as follows:
PART COST
- A defective original battery which is unserviceable within the first 12 months will be replaced free of charge.
- After 12 months but within 24 months, Nissan will pay 50% of the new battery.
- After 24 months but within 36 months, Nissan will pay 25% of the new battery.
- All labor required to test and replace the defective battery within 36 months is covered by the warranty.
Scheduled maintenance service
Proper maintenance and care of the vehicle are indispensable for safe driving and lower overall running cost. The scheduled maintenance services are minimum requirements which should be performed at your initiative.
Additional maintenance service may be required since weather and atmospheric conditions, varying roads, vehicle usage and individual driving habits greatly contribute to the need for such service.
Any damage or failures resulting from lack of required maintenance or improper maintenance are not covered by warranty.
